Easy Returns & Exchanges
- 3-day return window from the date of delivery
- Free size exchange (one time) — subject to availability
- Reverse pickup available on orders above ₹2000 (where serviceable)
- Applicable on both COD and prepaid orders
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact
Pickup & Shipping
Orders above ₹2000
- Free reverse pickup (if service is available in your area)
- If pickup is not available, you can self-ship
- Shipping cost will be reimbursed after inspection
Orders below ₹2000
- Self-shipping is required
- Reverse pickup is not arranged
Exchanges
- Free size exchange (one time only)
- Exchange is allowed for the same product only
- Subject to size availability
Refunds
Refunds are processed after quality inspection.
Prepaid Orders
- Refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
COD Orders
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Amount will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI
