Cancellation Policy :

  • Cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of placing the order.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at info@lataree.com with your order details.
  • Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once the order has been processed or shipped, even if within the 48-hour window.
  • For prepaid orders, if the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, cancellations do not require a refund as no payment has been made.

At LATAREE, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your product under the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product by emailing us at info@lataree.com with your order details and a copy of the delivery receipt.

The product must be returned in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Pickup Service For Orders Above ₹2000: Free return shipping will be arranged by LATAREE. Simply contact us, and we'll coordinate the pickup.

Return Pickup Service For Orders Below ₹2000: Return shipping can be arranged by LATAREE for a flat fee of ₹150, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

Exchange Policy :

  • LATAREE will arrange a free return pickup for the first exchange of any order, regardless of the order value.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in a different size. No other products are eligible for exchange.
  • For any subsequent exchanges on the same order (e.g., requesting another size exchange), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

 

Refund Policy :

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed within 7-10 business days via bank transfer or UPI. Customers will need to provide their bank account or UPI details when requested.

 

Non-Returnable Items : Items specifically marked as "Non-Returnable" on our website are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange : Email us at info@lataree.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A copy of your delivery receipt
  • Reason for return/exchange

Our team will guide you through the process and arrange pickup if applicable.
