How do I take my measurements correctly?＋
We provide a simple guide with images to help you measure Bust, Waist, Hip, Shoulder, Armhole, and Dress Length. You can also share a photo of your measurements or connect with our team on WhatsApp for guidance.
What if my measurements are wrong?＋
Don’t worry! Small adjustments can be managed during stitching. However, since each Signature Fit piece is custom-made, major re-stitching is not possible. We recommend double-checking before submitting your measurements.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?＋
Yes. We require a 50% advance to confirm your order. The remaining 50% can be paid via COD on delivery.
How long will it take?＋
Production + dispatch typically completes in 15 days from the date of advance payment. You’ll receive stage-wise updates.
Can I request minor customizations?＋
We accept small tweaks like dress length or sleeve adjustments. Neckline/design changes aren’t available for Signature Fit.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?＋
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment → full refund will be issued. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellation is not possible.
Can I exchange or return a Signature Fit outfit?＋
Because it is made exclusively for you, exchanges and refunds are not available. Exception: If you receive a defective or wrong product, Lataree will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
